CELSI's director Marta Kahancová participated in the European Sociological Association conference to present the ongoing work with Adam Šumichrast (CELSI) and other colleagues within the TransEuroWorks consortium.

The research focuses on social partner strategies to hiring and representing workers with contractual flexiblity - mostly temporary agency workers and platform workers.
